About the brand

Manitowoc Sotto UG65 – Gourmet Self-Contained Ice Machine

The Manitowoc Sotto UG65 is a premium self-contained ice machine designed for performance, reliability, and elegance. Available from Best Price Ice Machines, it’s the perfect choice for busy hospitality venues looking for consistent gourmet-style ice production at the best possible price.

This under-counter unit produces up to 65 kg of crystal-clear gourmet ice per 24 hours under ideal conditions (21 °C air / 10 °C water). Even in warmer environments of 32 °C air and 21 °C water, the UG65 still delivers an impressive 58 kg of ice every 24 hours, ensuring dependable output in real-world Australian conditions. The integrated storage bin holds approximately 30 kg of ice, providing an ideal balance between production and on-hand capacity.

Each cube weighs around 20 grams, featuring the signature octagonal “gourmet” shape that enhances presentation and melts slowly — perfect for premium cocktails, restaurants, and cafes seeking a superior finish. The UG65’s sleek stainless-steel exterior and compact dimensions (700 mm W × 600 mm D × 900 mm H) allow for easy under-counter installation and a professional aesthetic.
