Cube

Hoshizaki IM series cube ice machines make solid, crystal-clear square cubes that are hard and slow-melting – the standard for bars, restaurants and cafés. The range runs from compact self-contained undercounter models making around 18kg a day to modular heads making around 160kg a day (rated at 32°C air / 21°C water), in 23mm, 25mm and 28mm cube sizes.

Self-contained models have built-in storage of 11.5kg to 110kg; modular heads sit on a Hoshizaki storage bin. Models ending in -F have a factory-fitted drain pump, so they can be installed where there is no floor waste.
