Ice Flakers

Scotsman flakers make soft, granular flake ice that moulds around product without bruising it – the standard for seafood, meat and produce displays, food processing, bakeries and healthcare.

The self-contained AF series includes built-in storage, the modular MF and MXF heads sit on a storage bin, and the MAR series makes sub-zero scale ice for fish processing and industrial use. Output ranges from around 67kg to 1,070kg a day.
